- Powertrain scanned and no fault codes found. Vehicle road tested for the purpose of duplicating engine cut off while driving as per customer experienced. No apparent fault noticed. Further electrical and charging system inspection and evaluation discovered a loose negative battery terminal connection. From the evidence of engine behavior concluded this issue causing vehicle total power lose as per customer indication. Above battery terminal cleaned and secured in place. Vehicle road tested to verify repairs. No power cut off noted at this time.
