- Verify Vario-Roof system Malfunction. Cycle dose not complete , roof opens and closes but dose not finish the final lock of the roof. Performed quick test. Vario-Roof code B275724 To be reissued, No signal Voltage level too high. Follow tests as per code. Removed Trunk back and left liners. Removed reinforcement plate to access trunk lid tubular frame Limit switch closed. Test switch and find operation to be erratic. Test wiring to the micro switch. All wiring are good . Replaced and adjust defective limit switch. Clear codes. Function test the roof system. all roof functions are restored.
