    • Powertrain scanned and all trouble codes recorded and Reset DME. Engine started and ECU re scanned and following Fault codes retrieved; 11A002 ( Fuel High Pressure too Low) 140401 ( misfire #4 cylinder & fuel injection cut out) 140201 ( cylinder #2 misfire) Spark plugs removed and all cylidres compression pressures checked to be within specs ( 180 psi average) Further diagnosis led to pin point Defective #4 cylinder Fuel Injector (Stuck in Open Position). Customer informed and performed remove and replace #4 fuel injector, install new spark plugs and air filter. Clear all fault codes and road test vehicle to run and complete emission monitors, verify and confirm successful repairs.

    • Powertrain scanned post charging the battery. No apparent fault codes related to engine no start issue found. Further tear down and diagnosis reviled defective starter. Recommend new starter motor along with valve cover gaskets replacement due to leaking engine oil on to the starter motor assembly.

    • THERMOSTAT &/OR OUTLET – Remove & Replace – w/Outlet Housing
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both

    • Remove intake manifold to expose engine cooling system circuit in order to pin point coolant leakage source. Further investigation revealed defective upper radiator hose flange at right side of the engine. recommend replacing the flange with an upgraded part and corresponding hoses.
    • coolant reservoir bypass hose replacement and cooling system flush and fill.
