    • Powertrain scanned and fault codes recorded as follow: P0030000, P013504, P013584 [the output of Oxygen Sensor bank 1 has an electrical fault / open circuit]. Additional fault code P1636 (faulty integrated transmission control unit) recorded. Vehicle overall condition checked and defective front left brake caliper noted.( binding brake caliper causing abnormal brake pad wear down to minimum thickness). Brake fluid failed contamination test). Customer informed and recommended to replace the defective Oxygen Sensor and clear fault codes. Replace defective battery. Service Transmission . Replace front brake pads, resurface brake discs, examine, clean , lubricate brake calipers and flush brake hydraulic fluid.
    • OXYGEN SENSOR – Remove & Replace – One – [NOTE: Labor estimates listed are for R&R only and DOES NOT include diagnosis time.] Road test vehicle in order to run and complete emission monitors, verify performance and confirm successful repair.

    • Perform measure and resurface Front Brake Rotors. Remove and replace Front brake pads, discs, sensor and hardware. Inspect / clean and lubricate brake calipers.

PLEASE NOTE: No warranty applies to this work as the A/C system will loose its charge eventually and must be diagnosed and locate the source of system charge loss, repair and re-charge for proper function.

    • Powertrain scanned and fault codes recorded ( P035849, P30885, P30058). Further diagnosis led to pinpoint cylinders #5 & #8 misfire. All cylinders compression pressure are within specs. Recommend new spark plugs and ignition coils on all cylinders.
    • Remove and replace all spark plugs and ignition coils. Added 300ml DI JECTRONIC fuel injection system cleaner. Reset ECU and road test vehicle to run and complete emission monitors and verify successful repairs.
