Removed both left and right side intake manifolds. Removed and replaced actuator motor for intake manifold. While in the area of the oil cooler, oil cooler and seals replaced. Performed test drive. No faults at this time.

Verify Vario-Roof system Malfunction. Cycle dose not complete , roof opens and closes but dose not finish the final lock of the roof. Performed quick test. Vario-Roof code B275724 To be reissued, No signal Voltage level too high. Follow tests as per code. Removed Trunk back and left liners. Removed reinforcement plate to access trunk lid tubular frame Limit switch closed. Test switch and find operation to be erratic. Test wiring to the micro switch. All wiring are good . Replaced and adjust defective limit switch. Clear codes. Function test the roof system. all roof functions are restored.

Powertrain scanned and no fault codes found. Vehicle road tested for the purpose of duplicating engine cut off while driving as per customer experienced. No apparent fault noticed. Further electrical and charging system inspection and evaluation discovered a loose negative battery terminal connection. From the evidence of engine behavior concluded this issue causing vehicle total power lose as per customer indication. Above battery terminal cleaned and secured in place. Vehicle road tested to verify repairs. No power cut off noted at this time.

Verify red ABC warning on display. Performed diagnostic test. Low pressure code. Test system and find pump pressure at 180 bar. Performed rodeo test of the suspension. After system warmed up the pump pressure gradually dropped down to below 20 bar and that's when system fault is set. Recommend Suspension / steering tandem pump and complete system flush and replacement of both suspension and steering system filters and correct fluid level.
Removed and replaced suspension / steering tandem pump. Replaced both filters. Flush complete suspension and steering systems using 10 quarts of oem hydraulic fluid. Replaced both driver belts. Clear all codes. Test drive and correct fluid level.
