Removed turbo down pipe. Removed turbo. Removed both left and right side intake manifolds. Removed and replaced actuator motor for intake manifold. While in the area of the oil cooler, oil cooler and seals replaced. Performed test drive. No faults at this time.

- Vehicle road tested to verify steering wheel position and found to be off center. Powertrain scanned and fault codes recorded. Recommend front wheel / steering and rear suspension wheel alignment prior to steering angle calibration. Customer advised. Performed STEERING ANGLE CALIBRATION post wheel alignment. All fault codes cleared and vehicle road tested to verify repairs. powertrain re scanned to record any other trouble codes. In addition discovered wheel alignment issue within Right Rear wheel / tire. (suspect curve impact). Further diagnosis and repair is required to correct this issue.

Removed reinforcement plate to access trunk lid tubular frame Limit switch closed. Test switch and find operation to be erratic. Test wiring to the micro switch. All wiring are good . Replaced and adjust defective limit switch. Clear codes. Function test the roof system. all roof functions are restored.
